SPA REGULATION

Hours of operation from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. Any request outside of those hours is subject to availability.

We handle advance reservations to be able to provide you with a better service, to guarantee your reservation we request a credit card or for guests an open voucher for extra consumption. You can cancel your reservation 24 hours before your appointment, if you do not show up or cancel the same day, 50% of your service will be charged.

We request that you attend your appointment with enough time in advance to be able to offer you the service with the stipulated time, if not, the duration could be modified so as not to jeopardize the next appointments.

Please tell us if you have any health conditions, allergies or wounds that may be affected by your treatment. In the same way, if you have any special request to be able to personalize your treatment.

At the time of your arrival, our therapists will provide you with the necessary items so that you can enjoy the facilities. We request that you wear the appropriate clothing to be able to use the Jacuzzi and pool. Cell phones and other devices should be kept silent so as not to disturb other customers. You have at your disposal a locker where you can store your personal items.

The age allowed to use the Spa facilities is 16 years and older, salon services are available for children but they must be accompanied by an adult.

The entry of food and beverages that are not offered by the Shultun Restaurant is not allowed. The table area is at your disposal so that you can taste them.
