We are specialists in celebrating exclusive civil weddings in Mérida, Yucatán, no more than 50 people and with a minimum of 15 people. With us you will receive personalized attention from start to finish in all the details to make your celebration a memorable experience. We have several additional services for this purpose. Our facilities will give your meeting a different, sophisticated and historical setting, being a very romantic seventeenth century mansion, in the heart of the Historic Center. We have free parking and valet parking.

The requirements to get married in Merida are the following:



Mexicans

  1. Original birth certificate and updated copy of both.
  2. Analysis and prenuptial medical certificate of each spouse, with a photograph tested and signed by the doctor and seal of the laboratory, including the HIV test (AIDS and DRL), valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  3. Original and copy of oficial ID: INE, driver's license or passport.
  4. Original and copy of the official identification of 3 witnesses over 18 years of Mexican nationality.
  5. Marriage application form duly signed by both 15 days before the wedding.
  6. Payment of corresponding rights, broken down below: $448.00 in the civil registry, $6,350.00 at home within the city of Mérida and $2,748 pesos at home in the municipalities of Mérida. For all cases it is necessary to schedule an appointment. Up to 10 business days in the office and up to 2 months outside the office. It is not necessary to present documents to schedule.

Foreign

In the event that one of the contracting parties is a foreigner, the following must be granted:

 

  1. Birth Certificate legalized or apostilled with its respective translation into Spanish by an expert translator (depending on the country in question). Original and copy.
  2. Negative Marriage Certificate for being from another state or country and not residing in Yucatan. In case of being from another country, it must be duly apostilled/legalized and with the corresponding Spanish translation) 1 original.
