Our parking service is free 24 hours a day for all our registered guests. We are not responsible for objects left in cars.

If you would like us to bring your car, please call Reception to request it at extension *0. Valet parking will bring you in 10 to 15 minutes. If you are in a hurry and cannot assist you immediately, we can go and open the parking lot for you, which is just half a block from us.

In the closet you will find a white bag with a price list per item to provide you with the laundry service. Please mark everything you are sending and leave everything inside the bag on the bed for the Housekeeper to take your clothes. If you need help, dial the Front Desk at extension *0. The delivery service is 24 hours.

If you need transportation to take you to the airport, please call Reception at extension *0 to request the service and agree on times and costs.

To make calls from your room phone, please dial 9 to get line + the 10-digit number you want to call.

For long distance calls, dial 9 to obtain line + 00 (USA) or 001 (other countries) + the city address to be called + the telephone number.

Almost all of our safes are electronic. To set your own password open the safe and press the red button. Then close the box and type 4 digits of your choice and the letter A, or the letter B, as you wish. Ready. Remember them so you can open and close it. If it is not electronic, we will give you a key inside your room key ring, which will be used to open and close your safe.

Please request access to our free Wi-Fi at the Reception by dialing *0. Likewise, you can find a QR in the hallways to scan and get internet on your mobile device.

Our pool hours are from 10 am to 8 pm. It is necessary to wear a swimsuit. Diving is not allowed. The maximum depth is 1.45 m. You can request pool towels at the Reception.

Our check in time is 3 pm. If we have it ready sooner, we will gladly deliver it to you.

Our check out time is 1 pm. If you require a late check out, please ask the Reception if it is possible. Extension *0. Meanwhile, we can store your luggage at no cost.
